God asked me this year to concentrate on "The One" - to leave the ninety nine and go after the one. The one that needs encouragement, the one that needs a hand up, the one that needs to know how much he loves them. He asked me will you be the one to help my children? Of course, I answered "YES!"
I began to ask the Lord to show me who and how to bless his children. For you see when we are good to his children, we are being good to him! I pray everyday for God to show me "The One!" I can't express to you how exciting it is to go through my day...looking for "The One" and it is a wonderful journey follow God as together we go after "The One!"
Luke 15:4-7 (New Living Translation)
4 “If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them gets lost, what will he do? Won’t he leave the ninety-nine others in the wilderness and go to search for the one that is lost until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he will joyfully carry it home on his shoulders. 6 When he arrives, he will call together his friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me because I have found my lost sheep.’ 7 In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!
I want to encourage you to go after "The One!" You may think that little things are not important. But, your little thing can and will make a BIG difference in the lives of others!
I also have been keeping a journal of my journey. I will share that later.
